Data Groups > Install/Uninstall

Install/Uninstall data group displays information about operations of software adding/removing. It also displays previously installed software.

Collected data are displayed as table with fields:

  • Tag - click for more detailed information.
  • User - user account name.
  • Date - date of operation with program.
  • Start - start time of operation with program.
  • Finish - finish time of operation with program.
  • Time - duration of operation, the difference between Finish and Start.
  • Program - name of application.
  • Action - field value is operation with program. Possible values: Installed, Uninstalled, Found.

To view information effectively you might need to set parameters (see Analysis Parameters):

  • View Period
  • Database
  • Users

You can determine programs and program actions to be analyzed. To do this select field values:

  • Program Action - operation with program. Possible values: Installed and Uninstalled.
  • Program Name - select from the list of Program field values (default value is All programs).
