Modem data group displays information about dial-up Internet access.

Collected data are displayed as table with fields:

  • Tag - click for more detailed information.
  • User - user account name.
  • Date - date of connection.
  • Start - start time of connection.
  • Finish - finish time of connection.
  • Time - duration of connection, the difference between Finish and Start.
  • Connection - network connection name.
  • Speed - connection speed (measures in bits/sec).
  • Sent - volume of upload data (measures in bytes).
  • Received - volume of download data (measures in bytes).

Tag field may contain following character:
"#" - marks failed connection attempts.

To view information effectively you might need to set parameters (see Analysis Parameters):

  • View Period
  • Database
  • Users

You can determine connections and connection types to be analyzed. To do this select field values:

  • Type - connection type. Possible values: Internet or Phone.
  • Connection - select from the list of Connection field values (default value is All connections).
