Data Groups > Processes

Processes data group displays information about processes which are run in Windows.

Collected data are displayed as table with fields:

  • Tag - click for more detailed information.
  • User - user account name.
  • Date - process start date.
  • Start - process start time.
  • Finish - process finish time.
  • Time - duration of process run, the difference between Finish and Start.
  • Process Name - executable process (application) file name.
  • Window Title - window title of a process (application).
  • Process Path - path to the executable process (application) file.

Tag field may contain following character:
Tag "Process window" (or "~") - marks records containing information about work of process windows.

Note: for detailed information about process double click the respective record or right-click to call shortcut menu.

To view information effectively you might need to set parameters (see Analysis Parameters):

  • View Period
  • Database
  • Users

You can determine processes and process groups to be analyzed. To do this select field values:

  • Group - select from the list of created process groups (see Process Groups). Default value is All groups.
  • Name - select from the list of Process Name field values (default value is All processes).
