Data Groups > Activity
Activity data group displays information about general user activity with keyboard and mouse.
Collected data are divided into records of activity time and idle time (i.e. time interval when keyboard and mouse are not used).
Idle time interval is set in
Advanced Monitoring Settings topic.
Collected data are displayed as table with fields:
- Tag - click for more detailed information.
- User - user account name.
- Date - date of Windows startup.
- Start - start time of activity (idle time).
- Finish - finish time of activity (idle time).
- Time - duration of activity (idle time), the difference between Finish and Start.
- Keyboard - number of user keystrokes.
- Mouse - number of mouse clicks.
Idle time records are defined by default values (i.e. value is 0) of Keyboard and Mouse fields.
To view information effectively you might need to set parameters (see Analysis Parameters):
- View Period
- Database
- Users
You can determine activity type to be analyzed. To do this select field values:
- Activity - select activity records (value is Activity time) or idle time records (value is Idle time). Default value is All time.
