Printers data group displays information about documents printed.

Collected data are displayed as table with fields:

  • Tag - click for more detailed information.
  • User - user account name.
  • Date - date of document processing.
  • Start - start time of document processing.
  • Finish - finish time of document processing.
  • Time - duration of document processing, the difference between Finish and Start.
  • Printer Name - name of network (local) printer that processes document.
  • Document Title - processed document title.
  • Pages - number of processed document pages.

To view information effectively you might need to set parameters (see Analysis Parameters):

  • View Period
  • Database
  • Users

You can determine printers and documents to be analyzed. To do this select field values:

  • Printer - select from the list of Printer Name field values (default value is All printers).
  • Document - select from the list of Document Title field values (default value is All documents).
