We are pleased to bring to your attention terms of upgrading StatWin software products. In this document we specify terms of purchasing new versions of our products and supporting older versions.

Definitions

• Major version of software product - version after global (significant) changes to product.
• Minor version of software product - version after local (insignificant) changes to product.

Example: in the title of StatWin 7.9 number 7 is a major version number, and number 9 - minor.

We estimate the importance of product changes solely at our discretion.

Products affected by this Upgrade Policy

This Upgrade Policy applies to the following StatWin software products:

• StatWin Professional
• StatWin Total
• StatWin Server Enterprise

Upgrading older version

All our registered customers have a right to upgrade purchased products.

When you purchase StatWin software product license (personal or corporate solution), you acquire permanent right to use the purchased version of product. You also acquire permanent right to use future versions of purchased software product, those to be released during one-year span from purchase date. Besides you will be granted 50 % discount on new version of our product after one-year span from last purchase date expires.

We recommend you to look through installation manual (for individual solutions or business solutions) of StatWin products.

Supporting older version

We do not have the right to force you to upgrade your purchased version of the product. You do have the right to use our technical support for your purchased version of the product. Worth of a note is that different improvements and bug fixes are more probable to be made in new versions (releases) of product (major or minor), i.e. we do not guarantee modifying version (release) that you installed (purchased).

Revision

We revision our Upgrade Policy from time to time. Upon revision we will change date of this document, placed at the top.

We ask you to check for an update regularly just so you might get information about terms of purchasing new versions of our products and supporting older versions.
